Superheroes For A Day with Cosatto!

How the staff at Cosatto get anything done is beyond me! A bright building with everything from the phone announcing your arrival, the stairs as you enter to the toilet roll in bright wacky colours - it's no wonder their brand is so fun and colourful!

A group of bloggers and press were invited to spend a lovely afternoon in Wonderland with the lovely staff there to view their AW/13 ranges as well as explore a world of giant (and very fast) slides, green grass and superhero baby stuff!

We started our journey jumping down their rabbit hole (aka the slide), many of us losing our dignity on the way. We were then introduced to a glorious technicolour feast of buggies, highchairs, car seats and nursery furniture. Everything was set up in such an imaginative way that only Cosatto can do - from the Yo Pow! buggy plus cape, to the beautiful nursery furniture featuring Babushka Dolls and Robots.

And speaking of the Pow! - set up as its own superhero it really stood out in the showroom and drew us all to it. Inspired by the recent superhero films, it is the epitome of their slogan - Saving the World From Boring Baby Stuff.

Pride of place was their latest creation - the Ooba travel system, and all I can say is it is stunning and everyone of us gushed over for a good long while. In fact there was almost an all-out war between several ladies who were determined to sneak it back up the slide and all the way home.

Featuring beautifully soft punched leatherette, their fun geometric Pablo design, in a gorgeous Duck Egg blue and Marzipan yellow, with a super lightweight chassis, it goes from birth to three years old and includes frame, carrycot, changing bag, changing mat and raincovers. This will be released in September 13 so keep your eyes open for it!

Cosatto have been 'saving the world from boring baby stuff' for many years now but it is only the last few years that they really taken the market by storm. By sourcing influences from all over the world, looking to the fashion industry for more inspiration and aided by a fantastic design team, their original products really do set the streets alight. Its hard not to be happy watching a Cosatto wheel by.

I was really pleased to see their nursery ranges. The newly launched Story 3 in 1 cotbeds, released in September 13, which converts to a guest bed and single bed, in bright primary colours are a pleasant change to the norm, and I have to say I particularly loved the Litchenstein-inspired Pow! theme carried through into the bedding, I only wish they did a soft furnishing range in it - that would be perfect for Baby J!

We were also given a sneak peek of the new Koochi range. Targeted to Dads who are fed up of pushing pink, frilly prams around, they are bright, sporty and full of retro cool. From the £100 Sneaker Pushchair to the £300 Modstar Travel System, they definitely won't break the bank. Taking influence from sports brands such as Superdry and Adidas, the range is stylishly branded, advising you to #GetInGetOut - get your kids in and get out into the world! Including car seats too, your daddy can have his own mod range wherever he goes.

The best part of the day for me was the chance to meet the great staff at Cosatto and catch up with some lovely blogging friends. The tea served in lovely china cups, and of course cake, were a great, and tasty treat and I know we all left for home with big smiles on our faces. It's no wonder Cosatto recently came runner up in the Great Place To Work Award.

*We were provided with tea and cakes and a goody bag on the day, however all opinions are entirely my own.
