The Perfect Elf

I have only visited Center Parcs once and had a fantastic time, and now I have the kids have been thinking of returning. So when I heard they were offering four lucky people the chance to visit I thought it was a great opportunity. Kelly Trzupek, Head of the Elves at Center Parcs Sherwood Forest helps Santa to teach the children how to be the perfect Elf at the Elf Academy. It looks like such a magical place for the kids to go and I've already added it to my Christmas list for next year!
So, with the task set, I grabbed a pen and paper, put on my poets head and wrote a little rhyme about what it takes to be the perfect elf:

A little Elf help goes a long way
It takes a year to be ready for that one special day
So here is the list of the skills required
So don your hat and stripey attire

One must be organised and good with lists
Whether naughty or nice, off they've to be ticked
You must enjoy the odd craft, be it baking or art
As there's toys to be made before the wrapping can start
An Elf isn't an Elf without a bell on his hat
So prepare to jingle as you fill all those sacks
You will be working many a late night shift
So energy is a must to finish those gifts

But the most important Elf must-have
Is a joyous spirit and ability to laugh
You should be light of heart and ready to smile
Because being merry at Christmas is what carries Santa all those miles

So there you have it! If you want to join in the fun and be in with a chance to enjoy a trip to Center Parcs, head over to the Tots 100 Center Parcs Family Challenge.

Merry Christmas Everyone!
